Need a sign up list of those that want to attend.. We can get a hall with Gabes help but need to know how many are coming so we can figure out a price. Want to have a secure place to go after the parade where we can huddle together afterward...I know this is early but we need to make arrangements. |

replied on: 12/8/2006 1:04:26 PM Yes John, Gabe can get one in Carteret, which I would guess is a 15 minute ride from the parade end.. We could use any caterer and supply our own beverages. This could save a few dollars and help make up the difference in the price of the hall. I am not positive of the date but Gabe said March 11th? But we need to get a head count asap to sure up the prices for the food and hall. The more people the better the price.. |

replied on: 12/21/2006 5:07:38 PM Got this from Nipper, the Parade Meister! "St Patty's Day is a lock. Gabe has a hall for the NJ Cruisers to use and we will be doing the dinner there. It's the first event of the season and it will be nice to get together for the start of the cruising season. The meal will be about 15 to 17 a head. We will get a menu up after the first of the year. The date is March 11, 2007, boy the years are flying by... Will relay more info as time permits." |

replied on: 12/22/2006 4:00:37 PM This is NOT a GSC event, all NJ parade PT participation is organized by The New Jersey Cruisers. We enjoy and attend all the parades every year but the registration is handled on the New Jersey Cruisers forums. Ray needs to know who is going to attend, not who "might" attend. He has to gauge participation to see if there is enough interest to pay for the hall and caterer. Once they commit and pay for the hall and order the food, they are obligated! |
