2004 GT for Sale
posted on: 3/21/2007 2:17:13 PM

Due to circumstances within my control (got married!) we are forced to sell our 2004 GT turbo. Car has only 28,000 miles and was bought new 3/1/04 making it exactly 3 years old. Midnight blue metallic body is like new, no side door dings, garage kept and never driven in winter. Loaded with factory and aftermarket chrome trim, heated leather, plus pro-installed MOPAR Hurst shifter kit, MOPAR Borla dual exhaust and Airaid cold air intake. Car is very fast! Also, nearly new (2500 miles) set of Goodyear Eagle F-1 V-tread tires on the factory 5-spoke 17" rims! Mobil 1 oil too. 6-disc changer with Sirius radio antenna and hook-up included (radio not included). KBB is over 16K! asking 15K, make a good offer, great chance to own a fast, mint GT! e-mail any questions and for photos. Can be seen and test driven in Scotch Plains. Call 908-447-1621

Well, I traded it in for well under $9K, I can't believe 131 of you viewed this offer and no one was interested in even talking? You could have owned a GT for less than 10G's...too late now???

I guess the people here already have their PTs and weren't in the market to upgrade? Congrats on your new car and trading in your PT, sorry you got such a low trade in

2 cruiser family already.. Would have been a great deal. I understand that they will no longer offer the high out put turbo in 2008. Standard engine and the 180 only....If you do have the high out put may be better off holding on to it for a while the demand for them should increase.....

BTW, car traded for is a new Nissan Altima Coupe! Wife got tired of PT and wanted something more sleeker...I took only $8 for the car, nobody, not even the dealer where I bought it would pay more, even with less than 300K miles, main reason: stick shift, they all said they can't sell them! I'd have taken $9-9.5 private, but I'm already commited. PT was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the shows we went to, but time for us to move on, thanks to all.
I have rear bumper scuff guard, new in the box, the stick on black plastic pad that goes under the tail gate and on top of bumper, fits 01-05? not sure about the newer ones, FREE to the 1st person who wants it....

Sorry you couldn't find someone to take it off your hands. That is the problem with the stick shift. There are not tooooo many people who know how to drive them and they are a pain in traffic, but a lot of fun to drive if u know how.. My wife can drive a stick but she likes tha automatic better. The stick shift is also a thieft deterent, car thieves can't drive them.....takes some tallent.Sorry to see u left the PT family......
