Well, that's what you get for living in Tom's River! The traffic on the Parkway from May till September would make me homocidal.

Anyway, there were approx 6 Cruisers and a handfull of assorted other cars at the ballpark. We got to do our drive inside the park. I got to park right in front of the Patriots dugout, started up a conversation with Sparky Lyle (who seemed very interested in the Cruiser convertible) when it started to drizzle. They got us back to the parking lot when it poured for 10 minutes. The clouds then broke, and it was dry for the rest of the game. And even with the rain delay it was a quick game, with the Patriots two best relievers melting down in the 9th and 10th innings, letting the Road Warriors win the rubber match of the series.

On a more personal note, I won the dizzy bat contest.

Dizzy is a natural state for me.

Sorry I gave in to the weather, it poured like heck here in Florence about 3pm. Called John and he said he wasn't going lost his electric etc... But glad those that went had a good time. Pics look great. I think I'll sit back and just watch the Yanks win another one....

Yep, you're right Bob, I used to come down the shore all summer long for 25 years and decide to just move down here when I retired to save all that greif. It ain't so bad when yo already live down here.

I am glad some went and had a good time! Great pictures!
