I've just purchased one from purplejalopy.com so it will take about two weeks yet for me to receive it. I don't feel that confident about attempting the install myself and I'd even be willing to pay someone that has the expertise to do the job correctly. If anyone is interested or can help, post here or email me if you so choose. Thanks in advance ! Pete

I'd feel alot better going through it with someone first time around or just to observe the process first-hand. I will let you know as soon as I receive the kit, which may be two weeks or so. Whew! I was getting a little nervous because I have a moving company scheduled for Monday the 30th and didn't want my package going astray or to the wrong address. By the way John, I have "orders" from my other half that I have to focus on getting this move across town done before I even think about setting up some install time. I have to agree, so perhaps sometime in the next few weeks if you've got a convenient block of time we can get together. Before Smithville would be ideal, but I don't want to impede your schedule either. Let me know and we'll see how it goes. Regards, Pete

The move on August 1st went well and there's just a few more boxes hanging around to unpack. Believe it or not, my graphics from purplejalopy.com arrived one day before I moved. Talk about timing! Anyway, just wanted to let you know I'm ready to tackle the install project whenever you are....weather permitting and of course, at your convenience. I doubt we'll pull this off before Smithville but it's no big deal as long as I'm set for Shore Thing '07. Let me know how things are going and perhaps we can hook up soon. Regards, Pete
