A fuel Pump, A Spark Plug and a Coil Box. Not too hard to do really! BUT, you have to extend the exhaust tip to keep the flames off the (flammable, meltable) rear bumper!

Nip, For a PT, get a silk scarf, red, yellow and orange and tie it to the exhaust pipe so it flutters like those flame lights Tinker uses in his trunk display. A whole lot safer than the real thing!

But John, you can't roast marshmallows with a scarf?

With the price of gas... who can afford to shoot flames anyway!

I would get a strob light and put it under the tailpipe with and flame looking type lense. You can only see the flames really well at night so you go with the strob and from distance it will look like the flickering of a flame.

But, what do I know, I still haven't found a set of wheels I like for my PT Yet!

The problem with propane is that the flash point is much higher then gasoline. Most serious show car flame throwers I have seen are on gasoline.

BTW, you cannot use a passive, non injected flame kit on any car with fuel injection or a catalytic converter. It has to be a force fed system.
