replied on: 3/22/2008 8:54:27 AM Back in the day (when I had hair way past my shoulders) I met Dee. He was a very down to earth guy. I say we invite him!! Side note: Does anyone remember the girl group "The Cookies"? The one Ladys son is one of my cooks. |

replied on: 3/23/2008 8:27:37 AM Gary, Not sure about a group called the Cookies, at the moment I can only remember the Dixiecups. Then again I was up till 4am and only got 4 hrs sleep, purhaps my brain is not working fully yet...as if it ever did. lol I could go to Dee's website and invite him via E-mail to join the GSC with a link to the club site. |

replied on: 3/24/2008 7:23:30 AM Dee Snider is a car guy from way back. I remember he had a concours 1969 Boss 302 for awhile in the 1980's. When he and Howard Stern first got friendly, I remember Howard talking about having Dee's family over, and he came in the Boss 302, with a baby seat mounted in the back. I'd be real interested to see what kind of modifications Dee had done to the Cruiser. Bob Lyons Life is too short to drive boring cars. |
