replied on: 6/29/2008 3:32:58 PM What a great show! The rain even held out until the trophy presentation. We won the Club Participation plaque. Not only were the largest guest club there but we had 100% attendance. Everyone that registered showed up! Way to go CREW! Gary, Nipper and everyone will get pictures up, I forgot to bring my camera. I think there were way more than 300 antique and classic cars there this year, a lot of nice cars to look at. Oh yeah, the blueberry pie was excellent too! |

replied on: 6/29/2008 5:00:36 PM It really was fun...just a little hot, but it was nice to finally put a few faces with the names here on the forum! I finally met Nipper, Nate, Bill and I should have tried to meet more but I had to keep getting up and getting some lemonade to keep me hydrated...didn't know there was actually some "Coors lite" nearby though. I knew I should have introduced myself a little more! Next show ...and I am so sunburned between yesterday washing and waxing and today at the show. Look forward to seeing everyone again..and as always, was a pleasure to chat with everyone. Gary, I hope you get the air fixed in your cruiser!
