MGO Bus Routes

Can anyone remember which bus routes went where?

The B1 was Nottingham to Ripley
The A1 was also Nottingham to Ripley, but it took a different route and didn't have many stops.

Which buses went via Cromford Road and Dunstead Road? Was it the C9?

Yes it was the C9 that operated via Cromford Road. The full route was.....
Alfreton, Leabrooks, Riddings, Codnor, Heanor, Aldecar, Eastwood, Moorgreen,, Watnall, Westville, Hucknall.
I know because I was the driver
I can still remember ALL of the routes so if any in particular interest you just shout up.

Oops - thanks for pointing that out.

My family had a few connections with the MGO too, since my mum was a clippie in the early 1950's, and one of my brothers went on to be a bus driver for them in the early 1970's
