If anyone wants to see them go to www.phoenixrpc.co.uk and look at exhibition images. I'd be interested to know if anyone recognises the teenage couple writing their names on the footbridge. Dont worry, you wont get caught now, I took the shot over 20 years ago! |

replied on: 9/18/2005 4:21:12 PM Russell It's not that easy. Firstly, you don't post pictures here - you have to post them somewhere else. Then, you add a link on here to where you have posted the picture (clicking on HTML help tells you how to do that - that bit isn't difficult). That is it.... ..... Except to say that many places where you can post pictures have security devices built in to stop sites such as this displaying their pictures. In which case you have to start again. Personally, I post my pictures to the website that comes free with my ISP fee, and they copy fine - I don't have an infinite amount of space from my ISP though, and my ISP (rather than this site) limits the size of pictures I can post there. Try it - if you're lucky it will work first time! |

replied on: 3/13/2007 7:14:27 PM I know its been a while since the first post about this, but these two shots taken by me in Feb and March 1985 are touring the UK still, currently at Boness is Scotland and about to move to Beer in Devon. Not blowing my own trumpet (well OK I am) but Langley Mill's fame is now national. Does anyone recognise the young couple here? http://phoenixrpc.dflitcroft.co.uk/Exhibition_2/pages/R_Saxton_8.htm I bet most can remember Moorgreen pit like this though? |

replied on: 3/13/2007 11:53:43 PM Russell I've added a hyperlink, but there is only one photo there - good picture, though I don't actually recognise the view (and can't name the individuals!!!!) And please feel free to blow your own trumpet! Robert |
