My ggg grandparents ran the Nags Head Inn on Main Rd,(Ilkeston)in the mid 1800's
Does anybody have any info or pics of this Inn?

Main Road Ilkeston doesn't ring a bell or nags head what about nags head smalley main road could be ilks. licence my pal harry Flynn ex mapperley electrician kept it in the 60's

1902 H/O 1st Aug, property market, freehold beer house known as the “Nag Head” situated at Smalley also a cottage adjoining was the next lot offered bidding started at £1,000, and eventually the Ilkeston Brewery Co were the purchasers for £1,800.
