1902 H/O 1st Aug,

Commonside Heanor Mr S Watson is favoured with instruction from Mr U. W. Doar, of Sandiacre, to sell by Auction on Wednesday Aug 6th 1902 at that Mission Hall, known as the Commonside Mission Hall constructed of corrugated iron, and wood in sections, the floor being made of wood, length 30ft width 17ft 9in height to ridge 14ft it contains pulpit and platform, bible and hymn books 48 chairs, 10 box forms, 2 box forms with backs, tea table and tressel’s, 5 pieces cocoa matting door mats, 13 hat rails with double hooks, 3 centre star gas brackets with iron piping, large slow combustion stove with iron tray and piping, coal bucket, collection basket, cash box, damask curtain.
The above mission Hall together with contents, will be sold in lots to suit purchaser’s, it is very strongly made and in good condition. Sale to commence at 2 o’clock prompt. Auction and valuation offices 3 Market St Heanor, Ilkeston and Eastwood.
