The address is http://www.bbc.co.uk/ww2peopleswar/, it is a collection of memories which have been sorted in to categories. The bottom left corner of the page contains a search bar for the site. Try putting in a place name and see what is found. I tried a few places local to Heanor and found a couple of names that are known to me via the forum and web. I bet there are those who have forgotten contributing to the site. regards Phil |
