replied on: 10/3/2006 12:59:01 AM Oh Robert - being so young, see what you've missed! Dippety do was a shocking pink gungy gel like hair product (very short lived product!!) I had to go in various heats - wearing trendy clothes (and Dippety Do) and do a cat walk !! 1st prize was a phsycadelic Mini Cooper -3rd prize (my prize) was a voucher for £20 to spend at a chemists and a hamper of "Dippety do"!!!!! This "claim to fame " still causes bursts of laughter among my family! Maybe I should put "Dippety Do" on the "things you don't see anymore" topic!!!!! LOL |
