I am intrigued to know if the boundary line has changed over time between Loscoe and Codnor. If so, when and if the main road which is now called High Street was called anything else please.

An update for anyone interested in Loscoe, I have now investigated the old boundary lines.. the 1901 census states(also back to 1871)
Boundary - all that part of parish of Codnor, bounded on the north by Loscoe Brook and Rotten Row, on the East by the parish boundary at Stoneyford, the south by the parish boundary at Heanor Wood End and on the West by the Parish Boundary at Denby Common.

So.. do we still have Heanor Wood End? I think Rotten Row is now Brook Street?

There is Wood End Road at Heanor which is off Midland Road.
