Loscoe boundary
replied on: 11/25/2006 5:35:44 PM An update for anyone interested in Loscoe, I have now investigated the old boundary lines.. the 1901 census states(also back to 1871) Boundary - all that part of parish of Codnor, bounded on the north by Loscoe Brook and Rotten Row, on the East by the parish boundary at Stoneyford, the south by the parish boundary at Heanor Wood End and on the West by the Parish Boundary at Denby Common. So.. do we still have Heanor Wood End? I think Rotten Row is now Brook Street? D |
