Dunns of Woodlinkin
posted on: 3/1/2007 4:20:51 PM

I saw a post from Suzard which mentioned the Dunns of Woodlinkin. I am interested in anything about this family - I know there was a coal delivery business. I know of two brothers - Bill and Fred, but that is all.

Anything to develop this would be great.

Thanks all.

Fred Dunn, who died a few years ago, was the father of Robert Dunn (of Dunnline Coaches company). I attended Fred's funeral (Aldercar St Johns)
I also have the Dunns from Woodlinkin in my family tree (way back) if you require information from that far back.

Fred Dunn married into my family and I'm in close contact with their neice through genealogy. He married one of Archie Fogg's daughters...who I believe ran a garage in langley Mill at some time. he was my dad's uncle!
