Home to Newmaleys mill
There was a watermill there in 12th century
17th century Strelleys of strelley hall sold the land to William day, who owned the farm amd Mill until 1860 when they were sold to John Bentley
1861 directories show John Bentley as working a Corn mill at Newmanley Mill
1926 W bentley and sons advertised horse, cattle and poultry foods
1934 buildings demolished and new corrugated mill built, which was destroyed by fire in 1970's
