The main shield was divided into three sections, the top section having the Derby deer in the fenced park (see the centre of the shield at http://www.derby.gov.uk/CouncilGovernmentDemocracy/Councils/Mayoral/CoatofArms.htm for an an example) with on orange background. The left section of the shield underneath having the Derby Rose on a yellow/cream background, and the right section having a crown on a blue background. Does anyone know if this was Heanor's genuine crest or just one they made up to sell to the china crest collectors? |
