Copy of a post from Azabuv:
(I think it needs to be in a topic of its own)

I know a fair amount of Langley Mill's history, but not the finer points/details.

Over the years, was any information handed down to you (or anyone you know), concerning the row of several small terraced houses and the families who lived in them on 'boundary Lane', near to the canal? A small boarded up shop at the end of the row of houses faced the main Heanor - Eastwood road.

Any information from approximately 1910 to the late-20s or early/mid-30s onwards would be interesting.
Azzabuv.
