She used to buy the Christmas trifle from Piper's just around the corner. I used to dread going to Charlie Spittals (the dentist)great name? Precriptions would be filled from Maxfields the chemist. I had a paper round when Sandersons owned the newsagent opposite the Mill. My round took me across the footbridge up to Pender's Row and finished at my house on Upper Dunstead Rd, where I lived.
