Don't know, but having had a few tipples in there myself, I would say it was the same age as the rest of the terraced houses on the street.

I do have a memory of the Sportsman, which is much more recent local history, but nonetheless of the same social importance.

In the late 1970's I went there with my wife-to-be, my brother and his girlfriend. Tony's girlfriend wanted a pint, which they totally refused to serve her. Not a lady's drink!
