Going down Breach Road on the left Queens Head, Sid Barrett barber, you Knew you were really grown up when he asked if you wanted a round or square neck, Chip Shop Elliots ? opposite side tobacconist/confectioner, across road to bookies (may have sold tv/radios for a short time. Junction with Mill Road/Chapel Street, Co-op on left on right grocer then ladies hair dresser then Red Lion pub. Junction with East street another grocer (Spar?). Junction Mill Street/Prospect Road Ashforth Butchers who used to slaughter at the back of shop. Across from them, a bakery disused if the brain is correct. At the jitty way to Sukey's Hollow from Westfield Avenue a large pale blue wooden shop selling sweets.
