Hi, Philfred.

Yes, you're correct. It stood just above the present day 'Country Park Tavern', but on the opposite side of the road.
Just above Old Cricks, as you say.
Near the bottom of today's Thorpehill Drive.

On second reflection, on the map it appears to be spread across both sides of the bottom of Thorpehill Drive.
