Stan Charlton, who visits this site but is not a contributor at present, is interested in any information about Sparrow Row, Langley Mill.

Sparrow Row was on Milnhay Road, roughly halfway between Elnor Street and Milnhay House (on the same side of the road as these).

In the 1920's, it consisted of two cottages (thatched), occupied by the Bestwicks (the furthest cottage) and the Eyres. Stan is the son of Walter Eyre-Charlton, and his wife Lydia (nee Holmes, of Ripley) who lived there.

Any information, or maps or photographs, would be gratefully received and passed on to Stan.
