Yes if its the same Joseph?

From a book by Fred S. Thorpe
The Heritage of Codnor & Loscoe
“Loscoe Dam House was the Home of Mr Gillott and his daughter Miss Gillott She was a teacher at Loscoe Denby Lane School and had strong connections with Loscoe Church. Mr Gillott was agent to Vicas Hunter of Kilburn Hall, and the Dam House bears an inscription T.V.H. 1785 which are the initials of Thomas Vicas Hunter. The house contained a knitting frame, and the Gillott’s with the Eley’s came over from Flanders with the Huguenots who were French Protestants.

In the book it also says: Samuel Watson, the famous woodcarver, who did much of the carving at Chatsworth House. He was born at Loscoe in 1663, died 26th March 1715 and buried in Heanor Church.
