"Mr Thomas Bamber,auctioneer, Heanor , on Monday night offered by public auction at langley Mill, five freehold dwelling houses with outbuildings etc situate in Hampden Street Langley Mill, and realising the gross annual rental of £53. Mr F. Severn of Heanor purchased the whole for the sum of £550."
