Yes in the big field in front of the farm
this was the field with the Railway bridge going up to Langley and a small bridge over the Erewash which led to a field situated up to the canal.If you walked from Milnhay Road following Bailey Brook the first field belonged to Painters Farm. second field was the corn field and also where Bailey Brook joined the Erewash and the field in front of the farm and beyond was were the milk cows were kept
