Swaby's at the bottom of the street. Mr and mrs Crich -they had a grandson Dennis , Gordon and beryl Clay (Beryl was my cousin) daughter Elizabeth,Son Roger -died age 18mths-he died in my dad's arms, gap of quite a few years then daughter Debbie, Ernie Sutcliffe-who once set fire to his house -think he was number 13 -opposite the Carringtons, the Todd sisters-both on the milk round in horse and cart days-and milk floats, -Jessie Todd was brown Owl at Aldercar Brownies-I think Roger Hull from History society recently visited jessie,Mr and Mrs bullock at the top of the street-think Mr Bullock worked at Coop-they had a daughter Nora who married herbert Learie -they lived on Gladstone St and had a son called Glyn. Glyn was killed in a car accident on Woodlinkin when he was 17 or 18 (only just passed his driving test-think his tyre burst- His mum and Dad never really recovered.Top at opposite side to Bullocks were Maurice and Pauline Rogers with 2 sons-Maurice worked at G.R. Turners-they moved to Frome to help run Paulines family's ice cream business (Pauline was Italian)-lovely family. If you think of any others it may jog my memory
