Mill Hay?
replied on: 5/15/2006 12:08:02 PM

"Mill Hay" is an area of Langley Mill -now called Milnhay-Milnhay Road goes from just before the railway bridge in Langley Mill and goes through to Langley. It originally was called Mill Hay and was in Heanor Census district. 1901 census it is referred to as Milnhay. Lots of my ancestors lived there-so maybe our families were neighbours!

By the way-Milnhay is quite close to Aldreads Lane!!!
