James Woolley died 4th June 1855 aged 70 years
James Woolley of Egreaves House left instructing in his will that a memorial window be placed in Heanor Church to the memory of himself and Mr and Mrs Barrow, who were his mother and stepfather. Mrs Barrow remarried after the death of her husband Samuel Woolley
