How about giving the moderators access to moderate all items, but agree between ourselves which sections we will "manage"?? This way, if one is unavailable for a week or so, we can pass it over temporarily?

I don't mind which sections I do, but usually end up on the Family History/Codnor and Loscoe threads particularly. If there's a "signal" there are new threads, I always read them, so I'm happy to do any section.
