Not a reply to your query, Iceboy, but it is about bus stops "moving"

Heanors new Bus Stand

No more buses on heanor market Place. On Sunday, all buses for Derby, Alfreton, Denby, and other destinations took to their new stand in Ray Street. Many people , forgetful of the new arrangement, were seen waiting in the usual place; and then, when the penny dropped, there was a dive to Ray Street - only to find there was another half hour to wait. No doubt the long half hour will serve as a reminder when they next visit heanor.
