As I explained above I can't confirm that their parents are Joseph and Ann but the dates seem that they are in the ballpark. 1st marriage listed on the CD (for Heanor area) for Mellors is the marriage of Joseph White and Mary Mellors (April 6, 1784, that you already have). The Phillimore's only lists the married couple and not their parents or any other information. You would have to view the original parish records for that information. However I did find
