I'll reserve judgement till I see it - as long as they don't destroy the old by bringing in the new. A marina might be nice, but it will only work if it fits in with the surroundings - it would be good if at the same time there was a substantial investment in the work to re-open the Cromford Canal - the two would fit very well together.

Access 26, from what I've seen so far, I have a lot of doubts about - don't we have enough industrial/commercial parks in the area already? At least it's on a brown field site.

Anything that will improve the area for the people who live there is going to be worth it though.
