replied on: 11/21/2004 11:15:14 AM Yes, you're bringing the memories back now, Peter. I now remember that very early morning/late night busing. In fact, i think you've hit the proverbial nail on the head - it was used by both bus companies. Whether all the time or only at particular times i'm not certain. Was this perhaps used by both of them as an emergency repair depot? Chiefly though, i believe the Trent company were the main users? Azzabuv. |

replied on: 11/20/2004 5:27:58 PM Now that you mention it, i'm 99% certain it was a Trent bus depot, used mainly for repairs and heavy cleaning duties. I remember going past it a few times and wondering what a Trent bus garage was doing in the middle of the blue coloured Midland General territory. Azzabuv. |

replied on: 11/20/2004 2:57:07 PM I am more than sure it was Trent bus garages or was or Midland General ?. I thought it was more a fixing shop for the buses than the storage. But I do remember buses pulling in there at night or the end of their shift. |
