Two William Osborne's located from the 1800s. Perhaps one or the other may fit the one you're searching for?

William, b. 1819 - buried 22/04/1896 at St. Lawrence Church, Heanor, aged 77.

William, b. 1817 - buried 22/12/1890 at Christ Church, Ironville.

The earliest reference to a William Osborne which i can locate, is W. O. m. Elizabeth Longman at Heanor - 18/09/1603.

There are two younger William's too, mentioned at each of the places above.

In the 1881 Census, there were 283 Osborne's located in Derbys. The highest recorded concentration of the name occurred in Middlesex - 1647 in number

Hope the information may be of some use to you.
Azzabuv.
