Just had an email from my brother (none other then the local bobby Mick Patrick, now retired) He is just getting into I.T.and has yet to go on your site but I've told him the address and how fascinating it is to read about 'our past' My wage for the week at Sandersons was 16 shillings plus I had to make up any money that I was down after collecting on Friday nights, that's 16 pence a day for hauling a heavy bag of papers,and getting up at the crack of dawn in all weathers!
