Already subscribe-went to a reunion of Heanor Grammer school pupils couple of months ago-for the class of 54-50 years since they started at the school-it was for my husband's year-I am so much younger!!!!
Mr Stone our old headmaster was there!-also Mr jerome (science)and he looked exactly the same as when he was at school
What I found interesting-Mr Stone used to have a letter from George Bernard Shaw(yes-THE one) on his office wall which was written to some students at the school-it has apparantly been sent to Matlock for safe keeping-thought that would be good if you could get a copy for the Heritage Centre! Maybe Sheila Randall could help??
