Before the catastrophes, i ran a check on the pub via the 1891 Census. Sorry, no pub by that name in Mansfield.

absolutly no idea ,not coming from round derby,all i have to go on is family talk,i wondered if i can get any info on pubs and owners from days gone by ,if so where do i get info from?thats a good one,any advice going,im all ears,its been really strange ,2 months ago i had only a clue my ancesters may have lived around derby,it turns out they all lived there,ha ha,the mansfeild pub is just a small piece of a huge jigsaw,como

1904 Kelly's Does not list a Coach House if it was used for the co-op frontage was it moved to the co-op site or was the shop built around it.If the latter what street is the co-op on

hi peter,all i can remember was my dad saying he used to sing as a child to all the people in the pub,he called it the coach house,and that when it was knocked down the front was used as the co-op,this would have been in the 1920s,regards como

Cant find your pub in 1829 Pigot's Directory for Mansfield and Mansfield Woodhouse.
The main Coaching Inn was The Swan in the
Market Place where it left for London At 4am

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A PUB CALLED THE COACH HOUSE IN EITHER MANSFEILD OR M/WOODHOUSE,IVE BEEN TOLD YEARS LATER IT WAS KNOCKED DOWN,BUT THE ENTRANCE WAS USED FOR THE CO-OP,I KNOW THIS IS A LONG SHOT ,WOULD BE V/ GREATFULL FOR ANY HELP THANKYOU
