On second thoughts, why build a Folly, for the benefit of other peoples viewing, among a heavily wooded section of the Estate instead of out in the open?

There are numerous Follies around the Country and the majority are deliberately built to be seen easily. Except of course, certain underground Follies built by Hermit/secluded types of rich individuals.

Alternatively, was that part of the then Estate not so heavily wooded?
