Not found a name on the old maps, but perhaps a likely candidate for 'Grass Lane' is the now non-existent small lane/track/path which ran between the Hall and apparently skirted and in part, went through 'Shoulder of Mutton Wood' to Shipley Wharf.
It looks and sounds a likely choice?
