My Joseph and his brother William Birkin married at Heanor on the same day,Rosanna and Ann Palmer, maybe sisters? Also I have children born to Joseph & Rosanna. William bapt 1807 Bulwell, Luke 1810 Eastwood and Joseph 1814 Eastwood.Their marriage being 1796 I would have thought there would have been more children. Could anyone please check and see if there were any baptisms in Heanor. Thankyou Jan
Janbee	Birkin replied on: 4/2/2005 5:46:47 PM Hi Jenny Thankyou very much, I didn't have that info regarding Rosanna Azzabuv I have the marriage in Heanor for Joseph & Rosanna from the Pallots Marriage Index, it states Joseph is from the Parish of Eastwood. Thanks to Jenny I now have an actual date,27th June 1796.Do you have any details from the actual registers of Heanor, although I don't suppose it would give me any more info than I have already. Thanks Peter Unfortunately the Joseph 1784 is not mine.My Joseph was born c.1774 but I cannot trace any baptism or clues to his parents. Janet

Could this be of help: Heanor Baptisms Page 21 Roseannah ye dau of Henry & Mary Palmer of Heanor Wood was Bapt Feb ye 6th 1774 Eliza ye dau of Henry & Mary Palmer bapt Feb ye 10th 1777 Nancy ye daughter of Henry & Mary Palmer of Taghill bapt March ye 11th 1780 If you have a marriage or death with dates I could look them up when I look at the year.
