Robey Fields Farm.

Yes, the connection is there, Patrisia. Jack Downs must have lived next/near to the old Denby Tavern Houses, on Denby Lane at the top of the Dumbles Lane. The Dumbles Lane led to the 'Dumbles Houses', another couple of isolated houses near the middle of the Dumbles.

The two Robeyfields - farm and houses, lay a short distance to the East of the Dumble Houses.

For a description of the Dumbles area, see the Heanor Thread, first page and near to the bottom of it - 'The Dumbles'.
