families of langley mill replied on: 7/31/2005 7:45:50 PM I think a lot of locals would probably say the latter seen as we have far too many take-aways already, we already have a supermarket (two if you include Farmfoods) and the other two I mentioned I don't even know how they contribute much to the area to be honest. I personally feel that area could have been put to better use, but nobody seems to ask the locals anymore it just seems too many of the same shops are around here now, 2 chip shops, 6 take-aways, 2 pizza places, 7 pubs (minus Erewash hotel due to it closing down for good now) 6 hairdressers.. well you get the idea
