 Stainsby house - the big white house

24th Jan 1989
Plans to turn Stainsby House at Smalley into a private clinic were turned down on the direction of the county highway authority, members of Amber valley planning Committee heard on Monday,
also plans were defeated to turn the house into a hotel in 1972
there is a photo!
