Closure of Langley Mill Police Station

Langley Mill Police Sation from Kellys directory
1904 Superintendant George Daybell-Smalley division also has 1 Inspector, 6 sergeants, 33 constables
1916 Inspector A Hewitt
1922 Sergeant William Thomas Wood (described as County Police Station)
1925 Segt William Thomas Wood
1932 and 1941 just listed as Police Station.
It seems as the years went on lower ranks lived there-until possibly it was just a "lock up"
By the dates it would be Sgt Wood's daughter who was my mother's friend!
