Closure of Langley Mill Police Station

So, any advance on 1941? I very much doubt that it closed during the war, and would suspect that it might have continued until the mid to late 50's, possibly longer. But if that was the case, I would have thought that some of our members might be able to remember it themselves.

It's odd that this is a query I have been looking for an answer to for so long - you would think it would be quite easy.

I'll have a look at NottsCops - I visit the police history website, but they are a national outfit, and can't really help with local queries like this one.
