It's a country/horticultural show.

Cattle and small animal show.
Sheep dog demonstrations.
Show jumping.
Show ring for demonstrations ie Birds of Prey, The Hunt, Dog Show etc.
Flower and vegetables, baking and craft competitions.
Exhibitions and demonstrations of crafts.
Music and dancing.
Stalls and funfair.
Beer tent.

You can easily spend a whole day there if you enjoy that kind of thing
