Not same area, but still shops in Heanor
Ripley and Heanor news Mar 11th 1940
"Sewing machine Repair Services, Birks, Red Lion Square Heanor."
There is still a similar type of shop on Red Lion Square today-maybe the same shop as advertised in 1940???
