Found 1901 census-same as you Peter- Eyres at no 7, Albert Lovatt at no 9-this must be Edstone House, as Living there are Albert and Eliza and their children:Albert, Reginald and Rachael(father and son Albert both described as Pottery Manufacturers), a house maid, a cook.
