Since the Crystal Palace was the White Lion on Breach Road, I read this find of yours as showing that the landlord then moved to the Ray's Arms, and that the names "White Lion" and "Crystal Palace" were, at that time, interchangeable. (A bit like a few pub names nowadays!)
